District Goal Planning Meeting – Wayzata Community Church – Feb 13, 2018 at 7:00PM

A REMINDER – Our annual planning session for the district is this Tuesday. If you have not RSVP’d yet, please do so. We will be bringing in food and need an accurate headcount.

We also asked everyone to send in their goals for the coming year. Goals are critical to be able to plan our calendar and to ensure that are doing the right work to serve our units. Please send those in by Monday night.


Please join us for our District Planning Meeting, February 13, 2018 at 7:00pm at the Wayzata Community Church, Place of Hearts Room, 125 Wayzata Blvd E, Wayzata, MN 55391, where we will work to SET AND ALIGN OUR DISTRICT-LEVEL GOALS with our 2018 JTE objectives set by council. Our 2018 objectives are available for download by using the link below.

2017 LM JTE RESULTS

I am asking that each subcommittee chair submit two (2) subcommittee-level goals that will help the district reach our 2018 objectives. Please be prepared to present your individual goals to the rest of the district committee. As you think about your goals, I ask that each of you to consider 1) How will our units be involved in this goal? 2) What positive impact will this have on the units in our district? and  3) When will this goal (or activity) occur? This allows us to add it to the 2018-2019 calendar at the meeting.

Subcommittee Chairs please submit your goal by Sunday, Feb 11, 2018 by using form below. By doing so, I can add your goals to my PowerPoint presentation for you.

Consider bringing anyone from your subcommittee, or anyone that you would like to add to your subcommittee, with you to the meeting. The meeting starts at 7:00PM and we should be done by 8:30PM. Please RSVP using the form below so that we can plan accordingly.
