You’re invited to the annual District Recognition Dinner – May 3, 2018

Each year, the Lake Minnetonka District gathers to celebrate a great year of Scouting and recognize all of the volunteers in our district, whether you’re working with a Pack, Troop, or Crew, as a Commissioner or as District Committee member. Our volunteers are the treasure that makes Lake Minnetonka stand out among all the districts in Northern Star Council. Through your work, Lake Minnetonka was recognized as a JTE Gold District for 2017 (the highest category for a District). Only two districts in the Council made JTE Gold, and we were one of them!

Every Scout, Venturer, Adult Leader, and volunteer, as well as parents and friends, is invited to join us for this celebration. We’ll celebrate our Eagle Scouts and recognize the Outstanding Cubmaster and Outstanding Scoutmaster in our District. We’ll also recognize the Glowing Ember from each unit – the person who has made your unit better.

Please join us on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at 6:30pm, at the Wayzata Country Club (200 Wayzata Blvd West, Wayzata, MN 55391) for a great night of fun, fellowship, and celebration. Dinner will be available at a cost of $20.00 each, as well as a limited number of chairs will be available without dinner for $5.00 per person.

Please be sure to invite all of your leaders and their families to the district dinner! Complete your online registration by April 30^th to be sure to save your spot.
