Troop 327 – Scouting For Food 2017 – 1500 Homes and Over 2000lbs in Donations

Boy Scout Troop 327 of Waconia/St. Bonifacius partnered with the local Girl Scouts for a very successful Scouting for Food event.   The local grocery store, Mackenthuns, donated bags which were delivered to 1,500 homes.  A total of 2,444 pounds and $50 in donations were collected and brought to the Waconia Food Shelf which was a record donation for them.  The scouts contributed 88 hours of service to the community for this very important event.
