Direct Email Experiment – Last time the Sunday Blast was distributed we tested a separate direct delivery OA update. Based on the overall feedback received we’re back to a single email with all-inclusive content.
Unit Election Deadline – Unit elections must be completed and paperwork dated no later than April 15th. Results are due to Brett Schneider by April 16th to meet my deadline for submitting to the lodge. Please bring your paperwork to the April roundtable or call to make other arrangements. Do not turn in paperwork at the council offices or directly to lodge leadership.
April Chapter Meeting – REVISED activity: Conclave Planning – We have an important meeting in April. Our current induction conclave dates of August 18-20 at Fred C Anderson are being reconsidered. Youth and adults are asked to attend the meeting and make key decisions on how best to select a new date. Youth organize and run the conclave and are looking for staff and ceremony team members. Adults manage logistics and the kitchen and other behind the scenes responsibilities. Please plan on attending and learn how you can support our most important activity. Thursday April 6th at 7PM, Minnetonka Community Center
May Chapter Meeting – No Meeting – In May we will not be officially meeting due to district dinner. Stay tuned, however, in case the youth leadership decides on an alternate Conclave meeting during the month.
