Only 2 days left to complete JTE GP 2 & 3
Dear Unit Commissioners,
Only 2 days left for units to complete JTE 2.0 Guideposts 2 and 3, which must be successfully completed by August 31, 2017 in order to count towards JTE.
As of this writing 31 of 66 units have completed the guideposts. Two of 66 still have a document to complete.
Where are the other half of our units with respect to completing JTE? Please contact your units now if you have not already done so.
The guideposts are listed below:
Guidepost 2: Plan and Fund Your Program
Develop a program and funding for your unit with your Unit Commissioner by Aug 31. (Troop and Crew plans should be youth-developed!)
Guidepost 3: Communicate Your Program
Develop a plan to communicate your program to families throughout the program year. Present to your Unit Commissioner by Aug 31. (Troop and Crew plans should be youth-developed!)
REMEMBER, WE DO NOT APPROVE THEIR DOCUMENTS; WE ONLY REVIEW THEM AND OFFER SUGGESTIONS.
The District Commissioner (me) does not need to see or receive copies of the documents.
