Scoutmasters, we ask that you hold an open house joining opportunity in support of this effort.

Joining youth must be brand new to Scouting; youth crossing over from Cub Scouts do not count towards this promotion. Knifes will be distributed through Scoutmasters who are to review safety rules and Totin’ Chip cards provided, with youth before presenting.
