7/4/2018: Farmer’s Fourth of July | Oliver Kelley Farm, Elk River | 10am-5pm | $12/adults; $6/kids over 5 | Bring a picnic lunch to enjoy on the lawn, visit the spring farm babies, join in 19th-century games such as town ball, sample ice cream and listen to rousing speeches.
7/420/18: Independence Day Celebration | Historic Fort Snelling | 10am-5pm | $12/adults; $6/kids over 5 | Celebrate the early 1800s way – witness a mock battle, hear the roar of cannon salutes, watch military dress parades, enjoy military fife and drum music, enjoy interactive stations, and try your hand at historic games.
7/4/2018: Ice Cream Social & Lawn Party | James J. Hill House | 6pm-8pm | $12/adults; $10 Kids| Enjoy root beer floats and lawn games at the James J. Hill House before watching the fireworks. Includes hands-on children’s activities. In the event of rain, visitors can enjoy a film screening indoors.
7/4/2018: Fourth of July Fireworks – 2018 is sold out | Mill City Museum, Minneapolis | 10:30 pm • Cost: $35/pp • Enjoy the chance to view the Minneapolis Red, White and Boom Fourth of July fireworks from the museum’s Koch Observation Deck!
Unconfirmed for 2018: 4th of July Fireworks and Movie Night | CHS Field, Saint Paul | 6:30pm | A free Fourth of July Celebration. Space Jam will be played on the big screen at 7:30pm, followed by a fireworks display. Please note, due to the nearby airport, fireworks will only be visible from CHS Field.
Unconfirmed for 2018: St. Louis Park July 4th Fireworks Celebration | Aquila Park | 7-11 pm | Concessions, vendors, live music and more! Fireworks 10pm.
Unconfirmed for 2018: Independence Day 1889 | The Landing, Shakopee | 10am-5pm | Join a parade, play yard games and churn ice cream. Watch historic baseball and listen to a live brass band.
