2017 JTE 2.0 IS NOW COMPLETED
Unit Leaders, Committee Chairs, and Unit Commissioners:
Congratulations to all units on a successful completion of the 2017 Journey to Excellence 2.0 program!
Most every unit in the Lake Minnetonka District put forth a great effort in completing most, if not all, of the 5 required Guideposts:
- Review and Reflect
- Program and Funding Plan
- Communications Plan
- Basic Training
- Advanced Training
Although many units completed the Guideposts, not all of those units were able to qualify for the JTE. Only those units that also turned in their charter renewal packages by the deadline of Wednesday, November 15, 2017, qualify for the JTE award.
To all of those units who did make the turn-in deadline, I want to say an extra THANK YOU and CONGRATULATIONS!
For all the units that still have not turned in their charter renewal packages, please do so as soon as possible. Any unit that has not rechartered by December 31, 2017, will be dropped from membership.
The Council and/or Unit Commissioners will be contacting units that have any outstanding problems/defects with their recharter paperwork in order to remedy the problem in a timely manner.
