2017 Chapter Conclave and OA Dues Reminder

Hello Arrowmen

We are just over two (2) weeks away from our fall conclave, this year being held at Stearns Scout Camp. The dates are October 6-8.

I invite youth and adult members to complete your induction and become brotherhood members if you have not already done so. By completing your induction you will have the chance to seal your membership with the OA and reflect on cheerful service and duty to others.

I also invite youth and adult members to join us for the weekend as staff or as part of the service project clans. Council properties always have a laundry list of things to do and this year we have some challenging assignments: dock removal, fencing install at the rifle / archery ranges, and possible chain link fencing at Diamond Lake Lodge. Many hands make light work. And since power tools or heavier equipment is involved we can use extra adult supervision.

If you can’t attend I urge you to stay current and pay 2018 dues.
