New District Committee Meeting Night Poll

District Committee Members and Unit Commissioners:

Please complete this poll for our new District Committee meeting night by Thursday January 4th.

As mentioned during the November and December meetings, we share the Program and Community Relations Executive (Jacob S and person to be hired) with Mustang District.

Mustang District has agree to move their Roundtable night from the 1st Thursday to the 2nd Thursday of the month (allowing both professionals to attend both roundtables).

As a result, we need to move our regular district meeting to another night. We’ll use this poll to either the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th week of the month. I’ve excluded Monday and Wednesday based on feedback already received (unit meetings and church).
