Join us Saturday, June 27nd to June 28rd for Base Camp’s 5th annual Backyard Family Campout! This event is a safe and convenient way for the whole family to learn the basic skills from our expert Guides, with plenty of fun activities along the way! Our program will include climbing on our outdoor climbing tower, outdoor archery, a guided hike to take in the nearby natural and historic sites, cookout dinner, and campfire with evening games. No experience or equipment required – those who need may borrow a tent, cot, or sleeping mat from Base Camp’s supply, and we take care of all the cooking with a cookout dinner, s’mores over the campfire, and breakfast in the morning! $25 per participant, all ages are welcome (5 and under may attend free of charge).
