Chapter Conclave – October 6-8 – All current Arrowmen and all ordeal and brotherhood candidates are encouraged to register for our chapter conclave. Provide some cheerful service and welcome our newest members. If you can’t attend you should still pay 2018 dues and remain active. Feel free to contact me with any specific questions.

October Chapter Meeting – October 5th – FINAL Conclave Planning – This month your youth leaders will be focusing on final details for conclave. They have developed a great program for our first year at Stearns and want to include as many Arrowmen for the weekend as choose to participate. Scoutmasters, please send your OA Troop Representatives to the meeting, and as always if other youth are interested in attending lend a hand with transportation. Karsten and his team will appreciate it.

November Chapter Meeting – November 2nd – New Members WELCOME – Please join us in November to welcome your new chapter officers and other new Arrowmen. Less business, more fellowship. New officers will outline the activities for the coming months and provide a Q&A brainstorming celebration.

  • Oct 6-8 , 2017 – Lake Minnetonka Chapter Conclave, Stearns Scout Camp. Registration is open, if you can’t attend look at the other dates and sites at the link.

  • Oct 27, 2017 – Fall Fellowship, hosted by Trailblazer Chapter, – Save the date, more information and a registration page will be available IN A FEW DAYS! This activity is a great way for new Arrowmen to meet other members and experience fellowship while learning more about the OA. Open to all dues paid youth and adults.
  • Jul 30 – Aug 4, 2018 – NOAC,  Indiana University. Registration is through the lodge and there are limited slots. If enough youth register early the lodge will ask for more space.
