Welcome our new members of the Lake Minnetonka District Committee!  

Over the past six months, we’ve been pleased to welcome several new members of the District Committee. These volunteers make the district successful by organizing events, coordinating activities across the district, and putting the time in to serve all of our units in the district.

Troy Ebensteiner has joined as chair for Membership, Charlie Jones is our new co-chair for Advancement, Donna Larson will serve as the acting Nominating Chair, Nira Rajan and Sally Jensen have agreed to co-chair the Family Friends of Scouting Campaign while Craig Christensen joins the Community Friends of Scouting team working with the American Legion and VFW, and Tony Schuft has agreed to serve as the Training Chair. In addition, Brett Batz joined as the Asst District Commissioner for Roundtable with Vicki Jurek as our new Cub Scout Roundtable Commissioner and Ron Larson as the new Boy Scout Roundtable Commissioner. Melissa Stanfa-Brew will lead our Webelos Transition planning, Amy Ziegler joined the Communications team, and Scott Vondracek is our new STEM representative. Bob Henry joins the District Committee as our Pinewood Derby Coordinator and two key resources have re-joined the District Committee: Mark Probst as the Webmaster and Suzy Peterson, who supports all of the district programs, in a Special Projects role.
