The 2010 District Recognition Dinner will be held at the May 6th roundtable, 7:00 p.m. at the Minnetonka Community Center Ballroom. Dinner will be provided free of charge.

Award of Merit
Position-Specific
Please use these forms to make your nominations for the various adult leader positions and for the District Award of Merit for the 2009-2010 school year.
The district is entitled, but not required, to present four (4) Awards of Merit this year. These will be selected from the Awards of Merit nominations. Please see the District Award of Merit nomination form for general information and requirements for the award.
Depending upon the number of "position-specific" nominations we receive for each position, more than one adult leader could be selected for an award. For example, if we only receive two nominations for a position we might only present one award, but if we receive fifteen nominations for a position, we have the option of presenting multiple awards.
You (as an individual scouter) may submit more than one nomination for each position and for the district Award of Merit.
Please keep your nominations confidential. The deadline to submit your nomination is April 19, 2010 at 10:00 a.m.
The identity of you and your nominees will be “blinded” to the selection committee. The selections will be finalized by April 26, 2010 and the nominators will be notified by May 1, 2010. Nominators will be expected to make every effort to get their award recipients to the recognition dinner.
