Form: National Tour Permit Form

Just a quick reminder that National Tour Permits are required whenever a unit is traveling more than 500 miles (one way) for an event or outing. National Tour permits are submitted through our office to national for approval (Turned in through any Customer Service Desk). National Tour Permits can take up to 30 days for approval.

ACTION: If you are aware of any of your units that will be in need of a National Tour Permit this summer, please remind them of the 30 days needed for approval. Tour permits submitted with less than 30 days notice of departure may or may not be processed in the time frame needed.
