JTE Guidepost 1 deadline fast approaching

Dear Commissioners,

We are now into the final few weeks where we work with our units on the 2018 JTE Guidepost 1, Review and Reflect, which is to be completed by April 30, 2018.

The latest JTE information is posted on our District website at www.lakeminnetonkadistrict.org/district/unit-commissioners/resources-for-the-unit-commissioner/

First, become familiar with the 2 Unit Commissioners guides;

Next, look over the reflection guides that discuss suggested topics for each of the programs that you are involved in; Pack, Troop, or Crew.

Finally, pass along a copy of the Leaders Guide to each Unit Leader when you arrange for a time to meet with them.

Please find it, download it, and become familiar with it. There are some slight differences in emphasis this year from last.

Once you become familiar with the information, contact your units to set up meeting dates to complete the guidepost.

If you have already finished this process, THANK YOU. If you are still working on the process with your units, please continue and finish up by the deadline.
