We know that outdoor adventures will keep you happy and engaged in Scouting. Luckily, planning an adventure is easy at Stearns Scout Camp

What Opportunities are Available?

With 1,200 acres of land, five lakes, and two creeks, Stearns is the perfect location for your next weekend adventure. Customize your experience by selecting from the following list:

Lodging Options?

We have plenty of tent campsites, but we also have 11 sleeping lodges that can be reserved. Our goal is to provide the resources and let you plan a weekend adventure that is as busy or relaxed as you’d like.

Local camp volunteers are available each weekend to assist with check-in and questions.

Stay in the New Tonkawa Lodge

Named after the former Camp Tonkawa, this new lodge has a commercial kitchen, large dining area, showers, bathrooms, and bunks to sleep 48 people, perfect for outings in any season.
