FALL HOMESCHOOL DAY: TEAM BUILDING. NOVEMBER 6TH

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 6TH, 2017

Each field trip will begin at 9:00 AM and conclude at 2:00 PM. Check-in begins at 8:30 AM and pre-registration is strongly encouraged in guaranteeing your spot in the program. Parent/Adult registrants are not required to remain onsite, but are welcome to observe the activities throughout the day. For adults dropping youth off, we request that you accompany your children into the building for check-in (please do not let them walk up on their own). All youth participating in the program must have a waiver form signed by their parent or guardian (separate forms for each youth and each program). Participants must wear closed-toed shoes and comfortable clothing – dressing for the weather if your program includes outdoor activities. In addition, we recommend bringing a water bottle, bag lunch and a snack if desired.

Base Camp will host four homeschool field trips again during the 2017-2018 academic year. This registration is for the two sessions being offered this fall, another registration for the coming spring sessions will open later this year. If you cannot attend these dates feel free to make a reservation for your specific homeschool group or co-op – our minimum group size for most activities is just ten! Below are the descriptions for our homeschool offerings. There will be programs specific to elementary ages (6-12 years) and middle to high schoolers (13-18). Middle and high school students may elect to participate in the elementary program, but elementary students may not register for the older program due to physical and behavioral maturity related to the activities.

Following each of the field trips, students have the option of staying for an additional open climb and archery session from 2:00-4:00 PM at a cost of $5.00/participant.
