Fall Camporee Planning Meeting – Thursday, August 22 @ 6:30 PM

Please join us for the first planning meeting of Fall Camporee 2019 at the Chanhassen Library, 7711 Kerber Blvd, Chanhassen, MN 55317  – Longfellow Room at 6:30PM. Please bring your key boy scouts and crew members with you to this meeting.

The host units for this Camporee are Troops 3327, 3337, 3569, 3424, and 5424. The Host Unit Schedule is being updated with the addition of new Girl Troops and the disbanding of some units.

Host Units — we need you! At this meeting, we want to determine the Theme of the camporee, along with program, competitions, and activities. Two themes have been suggested so far (October Sky – rockets, astronomy, and more and Culture Jamboree – Jamboree-on-the-Air that weekend, cultural exchanges, etc leveraging World Jamboree).

The results from this meeting will be used to create the Camporee Flyer and Camporee Information Packet. At our next camporee planning meeting, we will go through the documents (Camporee Flyer and Information Packet) and assign which host units will be responsible for each of the events.
