DISCOVERY DAY CAMP FOR ALL KIDS

Looking for a week long day camp program for your kids? Well look no further! Discovery Day Camp is a 5 day program open to ALL youth in Kindergarten – 8th grade. We will be offering this program for 7 weeks this summer at 5 different locations!

• Base Camp (Fort Snelling)
• Phillippo Scout Reservation (Cannon Falls)
• Rum River Scout Camp (Ramsey)
• Stearns Scout Camp (Annandale)
• Kiwanis Scout Camp (Marine on St. Croix)

WHAT TYPES OF ACTIVITIES WILL BE OFFERED?

During their week at camp, participants will have a chance to do a wide variety of activities including: swimming, climbing, archery, crafts, STEM programs, boating, outdoor skills, nature hikes and much more!

DO PARENTS NEED TO ATTEND?

No – Discovery Day Camp does not require parents to attend with their children.

IS TRANSPORTATION AVAILABLE?

Yes – some of our locations offer transportation from local communities at an additional fee. More information can be found at our website www.camp.northernstarbsa.org/discovery

DO YOU HAVE TO BE A REGISTERED CUB SCOUT TO ATTEND?

No – Discovery Day Camp is open to all youth in Kindergarten – 8th grade. Activities will not be focused on Cub Scout advancement.
