(what to expect at October Roundtable)

Annual Recharter Timeline

September

Your unit should deliver any new youth and adult applications to the Scout office as you normally would for any recruiting that is done in September

  • It is recommended that units have new members pay the $45 (annual registration of $33 and Boys’ Life fees of $16) in addition to the current month’s pro-rated fee so the member is registered through December 2019. Example: fee for one new member registered in September, $44 + $16 (registration and Boy’s Life fees) = $60
  • 5th grade Webelos that will be transitioning to a troop in early 2019 should be re-registered in the pack for 2019 during the recharter period. In order to transfer into the troop in 2019, these members will fill out a new youth application for the troop
