Order of the Arrow Chapter M Conclave this weekend!
My name is Oliver J. and I am Chapter Chief for District M. I am a Life Scout and Senior Patrol Leader of Troop 477 in Plymouth. I have been in the Order of the Arrow for 2 years. I like giving back to the community and meeting other scouts from other troops. I am looking forward to working with more scouts in the future.
The Order of the Arrow is about Cheerful Service. I think that we should give back to our troops, the council, at camporees and in our communities. I want our chapter to do more service projects as a way to give back to the community and meet other members of the Order of the Arrow. To make this happen, I am looking for OA members looking to do more to help coordinate events. If you are interested, please contact myself or Mr. Smith.
We have some upcoming events that you should know about.
- The Constellation Induction Conclave is this weekend, from September 17-18 at Stearns.
- Ordeal Candidates: Congratulations on your election to the Order of the Arrow! This is your personal invitation to attend your first Order of the Arrow Constellation Conclave. Many of you have received an invitation in the mail to attend an upcoming Fall Induction Conclave. Please follow the instructions for from your letter in order to register for an event this Fall.Ordeal Members: Unlike our Fall events in 2020, conditions now allow for Constellations to offer the Brotherhood ceremony as a part of the Fall Conclave series of events. Please follow the instructions for from your letter in order to register for an event this Fall. If you attended a Spring Conclave, or have already paid your 2022 dues, please select the “Ordeal Member (2022 Dues Paid)” registration option.Brotherhood and Vigil Members: This is your invitation to attend a Constellation Fall Conlave. As a Brotherhood or Vigil member you were asked to serve your Unit and the Order as a member. Come and rejuvenate your membership in cheerful service. To complete your registration you will need your LodgeMaster OA ID# from your registration letter. As a part of the registration process, you will be asked for your Order of the Arrow ID number. If you do not know your number, click here to use an online look-up feature.

- We also have a Lodge Fellowship Event at Great Wolf Lodge Water Park on November 21. Both in the water and out of the water activities will be offered. Registration coming soon!
Since we started offering both spring and fall induction conclaves, the Lodge leadership decided to move elections up one month. This year, OA elections will start a month earlier and end as normal. They will be offered between November 1 and April 15. Next year, OA elections will be held from November 1 to March 15. Please consider moving up your election date to prepare for next year’s change.
I am really excited for the next year and think we can do some great things.
