Recharter defects that still need to be fixed

Unit Commissioners:

I have attached a spreadsheet showing the recharter status of all LMD unit as of 1/24/18. Please look over the file and notice if your units are in the shaded yellow area indicating there are still tasks to be done. Contact your units and help them to finish these tasks.

All other units listed in the white should be OK. The notes indicating a problems have been fixed.
